The Crime Writers of Canada announced the winners of the Arthur Ellis Awards tonight in Toronto. Congrats to all!

Best First Novel:

Best Novella:
• Contingency Plan, by Lou Allin (Orca Rapid Reads)

Best Short Story:

Best Non-fiction:
